    Marine Your Career (MYC) is a consultancy service that provides guidance, support, and assistance for candidates seeking opportunities in the cruise and merchant navy industry. We are not a recruitment or placement agency and do not guarantee job placement.

    2. Scope of Services

    Our services include, but are not limited to:

    • Document verification
    • Resume creation and optimization
    • Eligibility and criteria assessment
    • Application and profile marketing
    • Interview preparation and guidance

    All services are advisory in nature and depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance.

    3. No Guarantee of Employment

    MYC does not guarantee:

    • Job placement
    • Interview calls
    • Selection or hiring outcomes

    Final decisions are made solely by employers.

    4. Candidate Responsibility

    By using the app, you agree that:

    • All information provided is accurate and truthful
    • You will not submit false or misleading documents
    • You are responsible for updating any changes in your profile, documents, or availability

    Providing false information may lead to termination of services without refund.

    5. Service Validity

    • The service is valid for 18 months from the date of onboarding
    • Timelines for job opportunities may vary depending on individual profiles and market conditions

    6. Refund Policy

    Refunds are based on service progress:

    • Before resume completion: 50% refund
    • After application process begins: 25% refund
    • After interview scheduling: No refund

    7. Limitation of Liability

    MYC is not responsible for:

    • Employer decisions or hiring outcomes
    • Delays caused by third-party platforms or recruiters
    • Rejection or lack of opportunities

    8. Termination of Services

    We reserve the right to terminate services if:

    • False information is provided
    • Misuse of the platform occurs
    • Terms are violated

    9. Modifications

    MYC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updated terms.
