    Request removal of your personal data from Marine Your Career

    At Marine Your Career (MYC), we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, please follow the process outlined below.

    Submit a Deletion Request

    Send an email to info@marineyourcareer.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name, registered email address, and phone number associated with your MYC account.

    Identity Verification

    Our team will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate. You may be asked to provide additional information for verification purposes. This step helps protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.

    Review & Processing

    Once verified, our team will review your request and begin the data deletion process. We will remove your personal details, professional information, uploaded documents, and any application-related data from our systems.

    Confirmation

    You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted. The entire process typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of your request.

    Important Information

    Once your data is deleted, the action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account, documents, or application history.

    Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate operational purposes, even after a deletion request. We will inform you if any such exceptions apply.

    If you have an active service subscription, data deletion may result in the termination of your services. No refund will be applicable after data deletion.

    Data shared with third-party employers or recruiters prior to deletion cannot be recalled by MYC. You may need to contact those parties directly.
